This privacy policy applies to users of Voyage 360 services provided by New Intelligence Group Ltd ("New Intelligence", "We"). New Intelligence takes the privacy of your data very seriously. You have the right to be informed about how your personal data is processed. This privacy policy communicates how New Intelligence processes your personal data.

You have the right to request copies of your personal data.
The right to rectification
You have the right to request that we amend your personal data should it be incomplete or inaccurate.

You have the right to request that we remove your data from our system when it is no longer needed or when processing is unlawful.

You have the right to limit the way in which we can process your data.

You have the right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used data format.

You have the right to be excluded from any automated decision making and profiling. We do not currently make any decisions soley based on automated decision making or profiling.

What data do we collect?

We collect the following types of personal data.

Information you provide such as your name, email address, job title etc.
Information collected automatically
Such as data provided by your browser, including IP address, referer, browser type and version etc.
Information you provide whilst using our services
Voyage 360 is a self assessment platform as as such collects any information you provide during this assessment process.
Log data
Log information is collected for performance, reliability, security and troubleshooting purposes.

How do we share your data?

  • We may share anonymised and aggregated data with our partners.
  • Only with your explicit consent your contact information may be provided to our third party solution partners.
  • We will share your personal data with the relevant authorities where legally required.

How do we protect your data?

We implement appropriate technical and orgnaisational measures to protect your personal data from unauthroised disclosure, alteration or destruction. This includes, but not limited to, encryption of personal data during transit and at rest and mandatory multi-factor authentication for all employees. All personal data is stored within ISO27001/2 and SOC 1/2 accreddited data centers located within the UK.

How long do we retain your personal data?

We will retain your personal data for as long as necessary for the purposes contained within this privacy policy. We may retain your data for a longer period if it is required for legal or regulatory purposes.
